The earlier days of Church Street saw trains using the wide thoroughfare which is now pedestrianised and has a good stock of worthy existing buildings.

The opportunity is to enhance the public domain with new soft and hard landscaping and provide elegant niche retailing within the open spaces of the current streetscape.
