Centrale makes a genuine contribution to Croydon Council's Vision 2020 Regeneration Master Plan and extends the existing Drummond Centre, also by us, to 800,000 sq. ft. of retail space on three levels with 950 car parking spaces above leading directly to it. The existing through road has been relocated under the car park entry and exit spiral ramps away from adjacent residential properties. Each ramp has four spirals that step over the new road up to the car park and away from the housing.
