Three levels of retail and three levels of parking encompass the six level atrium and connect directly to The Upper Precinct, the Cathedral Lanes Development and Broadgate, the hub of Coventry's retail area.

During the same period The Upper Precinct refurbishment designed by ourselves was also completed for Land Securities and Coventry City Council.
