There have been plenty of instances when we have been asked to either renew, refurbish or conserve the smaller high street shops and the buildings in which these are housed.

The projects have ranged from individual shops to groups of five or more, and the diverse locations have taken us around the country to Bridgend, Chelmsford, Norwich, Stourbridge, Sutton, Woolwich and elsewhere.

The Chelmsford Conservation Project at The Brewery Courtyard won a Civic Trust Award.
